We are pleased to offer the most varied hunt schedule in the entire Rocky Mountain West. On all hunts, we attempt to harvest the largest animal possible. View the prices and dates for all of our Idaho and Wyoming guided hunting trips and contact us for more information.

  • License fees & tags are NOT included in the hunt price
  • WY dates are subject to the area you draw. Set dates will be provided in July.
  • Taxes are added per the requirements of each state

Please book with us BEFORE applying for or purchasing a license. We will assist you in the license drawing to ensure proper areas and availability as well as drawing success. In some cases, we are able to average points to maximize drawing odds.

WY Town Hunts – Enjoy all the comforts you choose. You provide your own accommodations and your morning and evening meals. You will be responsible for meeting at the appropriate location each morning. (we will recommend the town once you are successful in drawing your license and we have your dates available)

ID Bunkhouse Hunts – Quiet and comfortable this bunkhouse provides the feel and comfort of home. Continental breakfast, sack lunches and outdoor BBQ dinners.

WY Bunkhouse Hunts – Nestled in the rolling plains these bunkhouses provide comfortable facilities with beds and linens as well as home-cooked meals.

WY Lodge – Historic lodge nestled in the majestic Black Hills of Northern Wyoming with meals that are more than any one person can handle.

  • WY Hunts include a $125 fee for meals and lodging in the hunt price – taxes will be added to your statement when necessary.
  • ID Hunts sales tax will be added to your statement

Deposit Information

  • All hunts require a 50% NON – REFUNDABLE deposit at booking unless otherwise specified (if we have taken a placeholder deposit you will be sent an invoice to get you up to 50%, plus license fees prior to application – if this is not updated you will NOT be entered into the drawing), final statement balance is due upon arrival. NO REFUNDS will be given regardless of circumstances once your application has been submitted into the drawing. We CAN NOT re-book your spot! We cannot stress this enough! (please see non-refundable below)
  • Some WY hunts although conducted through initial drawing may have leftover licenses. If for some reason you are unsuccessful in drawing a license in WY your options are as follows:
    • Your deposit can be returned to you
    • We can roll your deposit into the following season’s drawing (when available)
    • Roll your deposit into another available hunt for the current season
  • If you are booking something other than the current season please call as pricing and deposit requirements are subject to change each season.

Personal checks and other forms of guaranteed funds will be accepted for initial deposits. Additional fees for all credit card charges will apply. Hunt balance must be paid by cash, money order or certified check.

FINAL PAYMENT – NO PERSONAL CHECKS OR CREDIT CARDS will be accepted for hunt balances – no exceptions! License and tag fees are NOT included in the price of the hunt. Please see your statement in July for final balances.

Cancellation Policy

Non-refundable means non-refundable Before submitting to Table Mountain Outfitters take a copy for your records. Trip cancellation insurance is highly suggested to secure your investment for the “It won’t happen to me”. Ripcord Rescue Travel Insurance
