- Remove all the internal parts from the belly meat to make sure that the fish is clean.
- To make fillets, use a knife to cut all the way through to the other side while applying gentle pressure.
- Separate the meat from the bones by lifting up the meat and using the knife’s tip to cut through the ribs cage.
- Flip the fish to the other side and repeat the same process.
