The Gentry 3-Position Safety is the most reliable and user friendly safety on the market. In the forward position the rifle is “live” and will fire when the trigger is pulled. In the middle position the trigger is disengaged but the user can still operate the bolt to load and unload. In the rear position the trigger is disengaged and the bolt is locked as well.

We have installed thousands of 3-Position Safeties and are happy to do the installation for you or can provide guidance to your local, qualified gunsmith. - Remington Model 700
- Remington Cocking Piece
Mauser 98 Our Mauser 98 3-Position Safety is available in the following orientation and finishes:
- Right Handed with a blued finish
- Left Handed with a blued finish
- Siamese in a blued finish (this safety WILLNOT fit on a Mauser 98 rifle)
Remington Model 700 Our Remington 700 3-Position Safety is available in the following orientation and finishes:
- Right Handed with a blued finish
- Left Handed with a blued finish
- Gentry Cocking Piece

Customers will be called when work is completed. Firearms not picked up within 30 days of call may be assessed a storage fee. If the firearm is not picked up within 90 days from completion date call the firearm will be considered abandoned and will become property of Gentry Custom LLC unless other arrangements have been made.
